Grief coaching is a supportive, forward-focused process designed to help you navigate the emotional, mental, and spiritual impact of loss. While therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, grief coaching helps you process your experience, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity, hope, and purpose.
No. Grief coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. It is a personalized coaching experience that provides compassionate guidance, practical tools, and accountability as you navigate grief and life transitions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical treatment, I encourage you to seek the support of a licensed mental health professional.
Grief coaching is for individuals experiencing the loss of a loved one, divorce, career loss, health challenges, caregiving transitions, or other significant life changes. Whether your loss is recent or occurred years ago, you deserve support.
All coaching sessions are conducted privately through Zoom or in person, allowing you to participate from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Each coaching session is approximately 60 minutes and is personalized to meet your unique needs and goals.
Whether you're seeking a single session for clarity or a more comprehensive coaching journey, there is an option designed to meet you where you are. If you're unsure which experience is the best fit, you're welcome to schedule a complimentary consultation before enrolling.
No. While my coaching is faith-centered and grounded in Christian principles, every client is treated with compassion, dignity, and respect. You are welcome regardless of where you are on your spiritual journey.
Once your enrollment is complete, you'll receive immediate access to your private client dashboard, where you can schedule your coaching sessions and access your personalized coaching experience.
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, simply do so through your scheduling link with at least 24 hours' notice, and we'll work together to find another convenient time.
Yes. Your privacy is important. Every coaching session is conducted in a confidential, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can speak openly and honestly.
Depending on your coaching experience, you may receive personalized reflection exercises, practical tools, journaling prompts, and other resources designed to support your healing between sessions.
Every person's grief journey is unique, but many clients experience:
Greater emotional clarity
Healthy coping strategies
Increased resilience
Renewed hope and confidence
Practical tools for navigating life after loss
A stronger sense of purpose and direction
You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. Many people come to coaching feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted. Taking the first step is often the hardest part—but you don't have to take it alone. Wherever you are in your journey, we'll begin there, together.
